If you are looking for free Bible Study software that works great, you should consider "theWord." I have tried many free Bible research programs and apps but I keep coming back to "theWord". You will be surprised at how powerful the program is and you will be surprised at how many add on modules you can have to use in your personal Bible study.
Although "theWord" program was written for the PC, I have found that it also works with Linux if you use Wine. If you are a Linux user, you probably already know what that is. If you use a PC, don't worry about it. You can also use theWord on a Mac if you use Wine for Mac although I confess that I have not tried that extensively.
