Chirpz: WK Jeep DIY's

In December of 2008 while pulling our trailer on a long trip to Florida and back, our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee blew a head gasket at the summit of the Blue Mountains in Oregon. We coasted 17 miles into LaGrand, camped at Walmart, and the next day we bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with a 3.0 Liter Diesel engine. This was my first ever diesel engine and I knew nothing about the Jeep. I just knew we needed it, it was the only thing available in LaGrand, so we bought it. I soon found out that this model is very expensive to have serviced and that people at Jeep Dealers don't seem to have much experience with this engine.
